It is deliberately separate from IT Infrastructure. Infrastructure is the tools, the platforms and the systems that run the business. Data Workflows is what flows through them. It is also separate from Finance: Finance owns the money, but Data Workflows owns the reliability of data across the whole unit, not just the figures that end up on a balance sheet.
